A change is coming in January 2027
Through December 31, 2026, the 5-Day EMDR Intensive (five days of one-on-one EMDR therapy) is $6,295, which includes a session before and after your intensive.
In January 2027, the practice becomes intensive-only: the 5-Day moves to $15,000 and includes the ShiftWave Reset, every intensive is by application, and new clients begin with an intensive with on-going sessions available afterward. Current clients, and anyone I've worked with in the past two years, remain welcome on my schedule.

The thing you haven't been able to change is exactly what I do.
The anxiety that appears out of nowhere. The relationship patterns that keep repeating. The self-doubt that shows up right when you need to be at your best. The thoughts you can't turn off. The reactions you can't explain. The version of yourself you keep almost becoming.
All of it has a source. These patterns were formed early and run quietly in the background, and changing them means working at the level where they began.
That is exactly what I do. I'm Dr. Mcayla, a trauma therapist and identity specialist with nearly two decades in private practice. I'm EMDRIA-Certified, and when the work calls for it, I bring in EMDR to move things at the deepest level possible.
DR. MCAYLA SARNO
Dr. Mcayla is a licensed psychotherapist, certified EMDR therapist, and identity specialist with nearly two decades of private practice experience. Her work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, spirituality, centered on what most people never examine: who they appear to be versus who they actually believe they are at their core.Â
She works with high performers, executives, athletes, public figures, and people navigating major life transitions who want to change what is driving how they feel.
Her approach is direct, deep, and grounded in nearly two decades of clinical work.

Somewhere in childhood, every one of us learned what it takes to be safe, valuable, in control, and enough. We built our whole lives on it. We all learned it wrong. That is why the good moments never last, why life feels like a treadmill set a little too fast, and why the finish line keeps moving. There is a reason it works like this. This book gives you that reason, and what to do with it.
Most people have learned how to survive. Very few have learned how to live.
