One chair. Your whole system finally gets to land.

Most of us live in a steady hum of activation. The deadlines, the noise, everyone else's needs, a mind that keeps running long after the day is done. You can know you need to slow down and still be unable to get there on your own.

The ShiftWave chair gets you there. You recline in a zero-gravity position while eighteen pressure-wave drivers move through your body, paced to guided breathing and sound. The chair reads your heart rhythm and adapts in real time. Within minutes, your body begins to downshift, from the bottom up.

Professional sports teams, the U.S. military, and first responders use the same technology for recovery and readiness. I brought it into my practice because I wanted it for my clients.

When people sit up, they describe it almost the same way: lighter, clearer, calm and awake at the same time. Many tell me it's the most rested they've felt in months.

What people come in for

Resetting after stress, travel, or a long stretch of pushing through

Deep rest, with a protocol designed to guide the body toward a state resembling deep sleep

Focus and readiness before a big meeting, a performance, or a hard conversation

Settling and integrating after emotional work, including EMDR

Why here

I'm an EMDRIA-Certified clinician with two decades of trauma work. I choose the program for what your body needs that day, up to a full hour. You're in a private, quiet office, and I'm right there if anything surfaces.
